Throughout various trips around the world I have been lucky to witness some of the most beautiful and photogenic scenery on the planet. I realised early on that photographs could never do justice to what I was seeing. These simple line drawings, some of which I have developed on my return home, are my reaction to this. The stripped down simplicity of the line is me accepting that I could never truly recreate all that my eyes could see and I am left with these simple maps for my memory and the imagination of others.
